摘要
针对鲜果流通环节衔接不畅、损耗率较高等问题,提出了基于鲜果采后成熟度的库存配送决策协同优化方法。考虑鲜果后熟特性及其采后成熟度在时间维度上的动态变化,建立鲜果成熟度与库存配送决策变量的耦合关系,以运营总成本最小化为目标,构建了鲜果库存配送协同优化数学模型。构造启发式算法以获取高质量的初始可行解,并结合相关有效不等式,利用分支切割算法进行模型求解。研究结果表明,该模型得出的鲜果库存配送协同优化方案能够有效地提高鲜果流通效率,降低鲜果流通成本。通过多组数值算例测试与分析,进一步验证了改进分支切割算法在求解效率方面的有效性。
Aiming at the problems of fresh fruit poor circulation connection and high loss rate,an inventory-distribution optimization method based on postharvest maturity was proposed to promote the coordination of decision-making.Considering after-ripening characteristic of fresh fruit and dynamic change of postharvest maturity in time dimension,the coupling relationship between maturity and inventory-distribution decision variables was established.A fresh fruit inventory-distribution collaborative optimization model was formulated to determine the minimum total integrated cost.A heuristic algorithm was constructed to obtain a high-quality initial feasible solution and a branch-andcut algorithm was used to solve the model combined with some valid inequalities.The results show that the inventory-distribution optimization scheme of fresh fruit can improve the circulation efficiency and reduce the circulation cost.Several numerical experiments were used to verify the effectiveness of improved branch-and-cut algorithm in solving efficiency.
