摘要
无缝伸缩缝因其无缝化、行车舒适性好、噪音小等特点常应用于市政中小跨径桥梁。针对160mm大位移型聚氨酯无缝伸缩缝,从材料选型、结构试制以及型式试验3个方面展开研究。结果表明:160mm大位移聚氨酯无缝伸缩缝可以满足正常使用要求,目前《公路桥梁聚氨酯填充式伸缩装置》(JT/T 1039—2016)相关条款已经不适应大位移聚氨酯无缝伸缩缝的要求,需以试验为准进行修正。
Flexible plug expansion joints are often used in municipal small and medium-sized span bridges due to their seamless nature,good driving comfort,and low noise.In the paper,researches are carried out on 160mm large displacement polyurethane flexible plug expansion joints in terms of the material selection,structural trial production,and type testing.The results indicate that the 160mm largedisplacement polyurethane flexible plug expansion joint can meet the normal usage requirements.Currently,the relevant provisions of the“Polyurethane Filled Expansion Device for Highway Bridges”are no longer suitable for the requirements of large-displacement polyurethane flexible plug expansion joints and need to be corrected based on experiments.
