高速公路特殊限速路段(单点测速)的限速方法分布规律研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了合理确定高速公路特殊限速路段的单点限速值,提出高速公路特殊限速路段单点限速值的确定方法和工作流程,以G93成渝环线高速公路宜宾至泸州段K585+170(宜泸方向)单点限速咨询项目为依托,通过无人机航拍采集了四川省宜宾至泸州高速公路的行车视频数据(宜泸方向),用图像识别算法提取了拍摄路段的车辆行驶速度。首先分析了单点测速门架上下游关键点位的速度统计特征和驾驶人速度控制行为,发现过低的限速值会导致车辆在短距离内频繁加减速,这既会降低行驶的舒适性也会增加安全风险;基于行驶速度的分析,应用与速度平均值Va和速度分位值V85相关的数学模型综合确定了新的限速值;之后,从横向力系数、速度一致性以及Vissim仿真等方面对确定的限速值进行了检验,结果表明限速值满足道路安全性和舒适性的要求,应用的限速值确定方法具备可行性。基于航拍视频数据,建立了从数据采集、分析到限速值确定、检验的单点限速值确定方法,该方法能够为确定高速公路特殊路段限速值的工程提供参考和指导。 In order to reasonably determine the single-point speed limit value of the special speed limit section of expressway,and put forward the determination method and working flow of the single-point speed limit value of the special speed limit section of highway,based on the single-point speed limit consulting project of Yibin-Luzhou Expressway K585+170(Yilu direction)of G93Chengdu-Chongqing Ring Road,the vehicle video data(Yilu direction)from Yibin to Luzhou Expressway in Sichuan Province are collected by UAV aerial photography,and the vehicle speed of the road section is extracted by image recognition algorithm.Firstly,the speed statistical characteristics and driver speed control behaviors at key points upstream and downstream of the single-point speed measuring gantries are analyzed,and it is found that too low speed limit values will lead to frequent acceleration and deceleration of vehicles within a short distance,which would both reduce the driving comfort and increase the safety risk;based on the analysis of driving speed,a new speed limit value is determined by applying a mathematical model synthesis related to the average speed value Vaand the speed quantile value V85;then,from the aspects of lateral force coefficient,velocity consistency and Vissim simulation,the determined speed limit value is verified,which shows that the speed limit meets the requirements of road safety and comfort,and the applied speed limit determination method is feasible.Based on the aerial photography data,in this paper a single-point speed limit determination method is established from data acquisition and analysis to speed limit value determination and inspection,which can provide reference and guidance for the engineering of determining the speed limit value of special speed limit sections of expressway.
