反应型旧标线复用涂料性能评价及应用

摘要 在对广西某高速公路旧路标线进行评定的基础上,提出采用反应型标线涂料喷涂工艺对其进行修复,并分析了1号玻璃珠和2号玻璃珠不同共混比例对喷涂后标线逆反射系数的影响,分析了反应型标线施工工艺,最后得出1号玻璃珠和2号玻璃珠质量比例为30∶70时,逆反射系数最佳;路中线喷涂厚度为0.8 mm,逆反射系数≥350 mcd·m^(-2)·1x^(-1);边线喷涂厚度为0.6 mm,逆反射系数≥300 mcd·m^(-2)·1x^(-1),反应型标线喷涂工艺能有效提升旧路标线逆反射系数。 Based on the evaluation of traffic lines of an old highway in Guangxi,in this paper the reactive marking paint spraying process is proposed to be used to repair the traffic lines.The influence of different blending ratio of glass bead No.1and No.2on the retroreflection coefficient of the sprayed marking line is analyzed,and the construction technology of the reactive marking line is analyzed.Finally,it is concluded that when the mass ratio of glass bead No.1and No.2is 30∶70,the inverse reflection coefficient is the best;the spraying thickness of the middle line is 0.8mm,and the reverse reflection coefficient is≥350mcd·m^(-2)·1x^(-1).The edge spraying thickness is 0.6mm,and the reverse reflection coefficient is more than 300mcd·m^(-2)·1x^(-1).The reactive spraying process can effectively improve the reverse reflection coefficient of the old road marking line.
