煤矿无轨胶轮车用防爆换热装置设计

摘要 以防爆柴油机作为动力源的无轨胶轮车经常遇到低温或者高温的现象,造成设备启动困难、磨损加大、功耗增加等问题。通过对无轨胶轮车动力传动系统热源的分析研究,分析计算不同子系统工作状态对温度的要求,设计出一种基于传动油、冷却液、防爆柴油机尾气三者之间热能切换的换热装置。在换热装置内,3种介质由温度差形成热对流、热传导,调节3种介质参与度,实现不同系统对热能的需求,解决无轨胶轮车因低温或高温引发的多种问题。该换热装置可以提高装备的功能性、经济性、可靠性,具有现实的工程应用价值。 With explosion-proof diesel engine as the power,the trackless rubber wheel vehicle often encounters the phenomenon of low or high temperature,resulting in difficulties in starting the equipment,increasing wear,increasing power consumption and other problems.Through the analysis and research of the heat source of the powertain systerm of the trackless rubber wheel vehicle,the temperature requirements of different subsystems were analyzed and calculated,and a heat exchange device based on the heat energy switching among transmission oil,coolant and explosion-proof diesel exhaust was designed.In the heat exchange device,the three media form heat convection and heat exchange from the temperature difference,realize the demand for heat energy of different systems by adjusting the participation of the three media,and solve various problems caused by low or high temperature of the trackless rubber wheel vehicle.The heat exchange device can improve the function,economy and reliability of the equipment,and has practical engineering application value.
