摘要
对传统的钣金件展开长计算方法进行了分析,结合生产经验,从最小二乘法的角度对K因子进行了计算拟合,通过重新定义Creo的折弯余量表实现不同板厚、半径的K因子自动计算,进而实现展开长的自动计算,其计算过程高效,结果准确,在实际生产中得到了良好的应用。
The traditional unfolding length calculation method of sheet metal part was analyzed.Based on production experience,the K-factor was calculated and fitted from the perspective of the least squares method.By redefining Creo′s bending allowance table,the K-factor for different plate thicknesses and radii was automatically calculated,and thus the unfolding length was automatically calculated.The calculation process is efficient,the results are accurate,and it has been well applied in practical production.
