摘要
对换向阀各项性能的自动化测试方法及测试系统进行研究,依据GB 25974.3-2010《煤矿用液压支架第3部分:液压控制系统及阀》中的要求,搭建了换向阀自动化测试试验台。利用数据采集、数据信号处理、自动反馈控制等技术方法实现了换向阀性能测试的自动化,从根本上解决现有换向阀测试方法存在的测试效率低、测试准确率低等问题。
The automatic test method and test system of the reversing valve were studied.According to the requirements of GB 25974.3-2010 Coal Mine Hydraulic Support Part 3:Hydraulic Control System and Valve,the reversing valve automatic test bench was built.By use of data acquisition,data signal processing,automatic feedback control and other technical methods,the automation of reversing valve performance test has been achieved,fundamentally solves the problems of low test efficiency and low test accuracy of the existing reversing valve test methods.
