摘要
刮板输送机中部槽的铲装能力是输送装备设计的重要性能指标。现有中部槽设计主要依靠经验及试验检验,对不同地质工况的适应性较差。通过基于MatDEM的离散元仿真技术的运用,可以对不同地质条件下的中部槽铲装效果进行模拟分析,开展铲装能力优化研究,进而找出最佳的设计方案,提高中部槽的铲装能力。
The shovel loading capacity of the scraper conveyor middle groove is an important performance indicator for the design of conveying equipment.The existing design of the middle groove mainly relies on experience and experimental verification,and has poor adaptability to different geological conditions.Through the application of discrete element simulation technology based on MatDEM,simulation analysis was conducted on the shovel loading effect of the middle groove under different geological conditions,optimization research was carried out on the shovel loading capacity,and the best design scheme is found to improve the shovel loading capacity of the middle groove.
