摘要
随着综采工作面采高的增加,中厚以上煤层开采过程中煤壁片帮、垮落现象频繁,刮板输送机上的块煤尺寸愈发增大。大块煤在运输过程中极易发生堵塞,导致煤流无法继续输送,输送机只能停机,采用人工破碎作业的方式解决故障。为此,设计了一种综采工作面用摇臂式液压冲击破碎装置,由液压驱动,通过液压系统驱动油缸和底部回转机构,移动冲击破碎锤进行破碎,作业范围大,并可实现对低矮形条片状块煤的有效破碎,从而解决大块煤堵塞输送机后需停产人工破碎的问题,保证工作面的安全、高效开采。
With the increase of the mining height of the fully mechanized mining face,the phenomenon of middling coal wall spalling and caving are frequent in the mining process of coal seams above medium thickness.This leads to an increasing size of block coal on the scraper conveyor.The large blocks of coal are prone to blockage in transit,resulting in the inability of the coal flow to continue conveying.The conveyor can only be stopped and the fault can be solved through manual crushing operation.Therefore,a rocker arm hydraulic impact crushing device was designed for fully mechanized mining faces.It is driven by hydraulic pressure,and the hydraulic system drives the oil cylinder and bottom rotating mechanism to move the impact crusher to the large block coal for crushing operation,with a large operating range.And it can achieve effective crushing of low and short strip shaped block coal,thereby solves the problem of manual crushing after the blockage of large block coal conveyor,and ensures the safety and efficient mining of the working face.
