摘要
通缆钻杆是定向钻进过程中的关键钻具,其力学性能的优劣直接影响定向钻孔的成孔能力。通过分析通缆钻杆的胀扣失效原因,指出了影响胀扣失效的关键因素,以此为依据优化加工方案及关键尺寸的精度控制。通过扭力试验表明,改进后的钻杆承载能力得到了大幅提升,φ73 mm通缆钻杆抗扭强度大于12 kN·m,完全能够满足6000型钻机定向钻孔的需要。
Cable drilling rod is a key drilling tool in directional drilling,and its mechanical properties directly affect the drilling ability of directional drilling.By analyzing the causes of the expansion failure of the cable drilling rod,the key factors affecting its expansion failure were proposed,and based on this,the machining plan and precision control of key dimensions were optimized.The torque test shows that the improved bearing capacity of the drill rod has been significantly improved.The torsional strength of theφ73 mm cable drilling rod is greater than 12 kN·m,which can fully meet the directional drilling needs of the 6000 type drilling rig.
