脉冲器阀头和循环套失效分析与优化设计

摘要 针对泥浆脉冲随钻测量装置的脉冲器阀头不耐磨、循环套断裂的质量问题,优化设计循环套结构、改进阀头及循环套的材料。研究表明,脉冲器循环套壁薄、阀头及循环套材料不耐磨,会直接导致泥浆脉冲随钻测量装置在低生命周期内提前发生循环套断裂。通过工艺研究得出,将脉冲器循环套孔壁加厚、阀头及循环套材料选择耐磨性好的合金结构钢,会显著提升使用寿命。 Aiming at the quality problem of non wear resistance of the pulser valve head and fracture of the circulation sleeve in the mud pulse drilling measurement device,optimized the design of the circulation sleeve structure and improved the material of the valve head and circulation sleeve.Research had showed that the thin wall of the pulser circulation sleeve and the non wear-resistant material of the valve head and circulating sleeve can directly lead to the mud pulse drilling measurement device to break the circulating sleeve in advance within a low life cycle.Through process research,it has been found that thickening the hole wall of the pulser circulation sleeve,selecting alloy structural steel with good wear resistance for the valve head and circulation sleeve material,will significantly improve the service life.
