煤矿刮板输送机过渡槽修复方案研究

摘要 过渡槽作为刮板输送机的重要组成部分,其可靠性决定着整机能否正常运行。为提升过渡槽磨损修复后使用性能,通过对常规修复方案进行对比分析,针对现有修复方案的弊端,提出复合耐磨板材优化修复方案。经过井下工业性试验,验证了该方案能显著提高过渡槽耐磨性能及过煤量,可有效延长其使用寿命。 As an important part of the scraper conveyor,the reliability of the transition trough determines whether the whole machine can run normally.In order to improve the service performance after the repair of transition trough wear,through the comparative analysis of conventional repair schemes,aiming at the shortcomings of existing repair schemes,the optimal repair scheme of composite wear-resistant plate was proposed.After the underground industrial test,it is verified that the scheme can significantly improve the transition trough wear resistance and coal consumption,and effectively extend its service life.
