基于MSP430的煤矿机电设备健康诊断系统设计

摘要 在煤矿行业中,机电设备的正常运行对矿山的生产安全和高效运行至关重要。然而,由于工作环境的特殊性和设备的复杂性,机电设备容易出现故障和损坏,给矿山运营带来严重后果。设计了一种基于MSP430的煤矿机电设备健康诊断系统。该系统使用MSP430微控制器进行数据采集和处理,并计算各个设备的健康指标。通过与预设的阈值比较,确定设备的健康状态,并通过报警和通知机制向操作人员发送警报信息,提前发现潜在问题,及时采取维修或保养措施,减少设备故障率,提高设备可靠性,降低矿山运营成本。 In the coal mine industry,the normal operation of mechanical and electrical equipment is very important to the safety and efficient operation of the mine.However,due to the particularity of the working environment and the complexity of the equipment,the mechanical and electrical equipment is prone to failure and damage,which brings serious consequences to the mine operation.Designed a health diagnosis system of mine electromechanical equipment based on MSP430.This system uses MSP430 microcontroller to collect and process data and calculate the health index of each equipment.By comparing with the preset threshold,determines the health status of the equipment,and sends alarm information to the operator through the alarm and notification mechanism,finds potential problems in advance,and takes timely repair or maintenance measures to reduce the equipment failure rate,improve the reliability of the equipment and reduce the operating cost of the mine.
