翻转课堂结合Seminar教学法在全科规范化培训中的应用及效果评价

摘要 目的探索翻转课堂联合Seminar教学法在全科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)中的教学效果。方法选择2022年—2023年在中日友好医院住培基地培训的40名全科医学规范化培训住院医师为研究对象。按随机数字表法将其随机分为两组,观察组20人和对照组20人,观察组采用翻转课堂联合Seminar教学模式,对照组采用传统课堂式教学,两组课程内容一致。对两组进行理论考试、临床综合能力评估和住院医师满意度调查。结果两组理论考试结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组临床思维、治疗决策、全科人文观念及住院医师对教学的满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在全科医学住院医师规范化培训教学中采用翻转课堂联合Seminar教学的新模式,可提升教学效果及住院医师满意度。 Objective To explore the effect of flipped classroom combined with Seminar teaching mode for standardized residency training in general practice.Methods 40 general practice residents who participated in the standardized residency training in China-Japan Friendship Hospital from 2022-2023 were divided into the control group(n=20)and the observation group(n=20).The traditional teaching mode was conducted for the control group,and the flipped classroom combined with Seminar teaching mode was applied for the observation group.The course content of the two groups was consistent.Before the end of the training,theory examination,comprehensive competency assessment and satisfaction survey were conducted for residents in both groups.Results The theory test scores were not significantly different between the two groups(P>0.05).The clinical thinking,treatment therapy decision,humanistic conception of general practice in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The level of satisfaction with the flipped classroom combined with Seminar teaching mode in observation group was significantly higher than with the traditional teaching mode in the control group.Conclusion Using the new mode of flipped classroom combined with Seminar teaching in the standardized residency training teaching in general practice can improve the teaching effect and satisfaction in general practice residents.
