摘要
教师是人才培养的保障。加拿大家庭医学教师发展组织层级分明,分工有序,职责明晰,对我国全科医学教育发展有一定启示。该文针对加拿大家庭医学教师发展组织架构、各层级机构的功能和职责等进行综述,结合我国全科医学教师发展现状,在执教能力、教学理念、教师影响力3个方面提出了建议,以提升我国全科医学教育发展。
The development of faculty is the guarantee for training talents.The development organizational model for faculty of Canada general practice has a clear hierarchy,orderly division,and specific responsibilities,which has enlightenments for the development of China general practice education.The paper offers three proposals on the aspects of teaching ability,teaching philosophy and teacher's influence so as to improve China general practice,based on the combination of the overview on the organizational structure,the functions and responsibilities for each parts of general practitioners in Canada as well as from the China's status.
