基于物联网技术的数字化工厂应用研究

摘要 金属加工行业设备种类繁杂,生产数据量庞大,设备信息分散而彼此缺乏共享。金属加工行业的采集模块种类多且使用的协议内容不统一,很容易出现采集数据不完善、数据分析不深入等问题,最终导致企业管理者难以全面了解车间级别或者厂区级别的生产效益。而随着工业物联网技术的发展成熟,大数据、云计算的广泛应用,工业转型与升级得到了发展。因此,解决金属加工行业存在的问题,可以满足管理者的管理需求。考虑到数据的安全性,企业利用云平台大数据分析、云计算等优势对所需的运算资源做弹性调配,能降低运维成本以及实现敏捷开发,使得管理者能够更深入了解设备以及车间的整体生产状况。 The metalworking industry has a wide variety of equipment,a huge amount of production data,and scattered equipment information but a lack of sharing with each other.There are many types of collection modules and nonuniform protocol content in the metalworking industry,which is easy to have problems such as imperfect collection data and incomplete data analysis,and ultimately leads to the difficulty of enterprise managers to fully understand the production benefits at the workshop level or factory level.However,with the maturity and development of industrial Internet of Things technology and the wide application of big data and cloud computing,industrial transformation and upgrading have been developed,so solving the problems existing in the metalworking industry can meet the management needs of managers.Considering the security of data,enterprises use the advantages of big data analysis and cloud computing on cloud platforms to flexibly allocate the required computing resources,which can reduce operation and maintenance costs,achieve agile development,and enable managers to have a deeper understanding of the overall production status of equipment and workshops.
