电动机械提梁机在钢-混组合箱梁预制桥面板安装中的应用

摘要 以甘肃省兰州市某公路工程建设项目桥梁工程上部结构施工为例,对双向六车道一级公路桥梁上部为宽幅钢波纹腹板-混凝土组合箱梁双钢梁的箱间预制桥面板安装施工工况进行分析,主要包括工艺原理、施工准备、测量放样、预制桥面板运输、电动机械提梁机起吊、预制桥面板安装架设等内容。针对该种施工条件,通过专门设计制作的轮胎式电动机械提梁机,将预制桥面板快速安装至钢波纹腹板-混凝土组合箱梁双钢箱梁箱之间预定位置上。这提高了施工安全性和稳定性,加快了施工进度和生产效率,减少了燃油消耗和车辆尾气的排放,对减少施工成本、提升安全环保文明施工水平具有良好的效用。 Taking the construction of the superstructure of the bridge project of a highway construction project in Lanzhou City,Gansu Province as an example,this paper analyzes the installation and construction conditions of prefabricated bridge decks among the boxes of the two-way six-lane first-class highway bridge,the upper part of which is a double steel girder with the wide steel-corrugated web-concrete composite box girder,mainly including the process principle,construction preparation,surveying and setting out,transportation of prefabricated bridge decks,lifting of electric mechanical girder cranes,installation and erection of prefabricated bridge decks,etc.For this construction condition,a specially designed and manufactured tire-typed electric mechanical girder crane is used to quickly install prefabricated bridge decks to the predetermined position among the boxes of the double steel box girder with the steel-corrugated webconcrete composite box girder,which improves the safety and stability of construction,accelerates the construction progress and production efficiency,reduces fuel consumption and vehicle exhaust emissions,and has good effects on reducing construction costs and improving the level of safe,environmentally-friendly and civilized construction.
