拆回电能表底数自动拍照装置的研究与应用

摘要 随着国网大规模推广智能电能表的使用,智能电能表的使用过程中问题也随之增加,解决问题的第一方法为“旧表拆回,更换新表”。常规的拆回分拣装置采用人工上电,目视识别,手工分拣,效率非常低。本项目旨在开发一种简洁快速的简易分拣装置,通过扫描电表铭牌条码在电脑上自动建档,同时对表计显示面板拍照,通过AI技术自动判断电能表功能是否异常,从而实现电能表的接收、分拣以及数据上传的全过程自动化、智能化。 With the large-scale promotion of the use of smart electricity meters by the State Grid,problems in the use of smart electricity meters also increase.The first way to solve the problem is to remove the old meter and replace it with a new one.Conventional sorting device using manual power on,visual recognition,manual sorting,efficiency is very low.This project aims to develop a simple and fast sorting device,which can automatically file on the computer by scanning the bar code of the nameplate of the electricity meter,take photos of the display panel of the meter,and automatically judge whether the function of the electricity meter is abnormal through AI technology,so as to realize the automatic and intelligent whole process of receiving and sorting the electricity meter and uploading the process and result data.
