摘要
以千重浪2号为试材,在盆栽条件下研究孕穗期高温对谷粒性状的影响和谷粒性状与粒质量的关系。结果表明,孕穗期高温显著降低了谷粒长度、宽度、厚度、面积、体积和质量。强势粒、中势粒降幅最大的处理时期是叶龄余数为1.0时,其中千粒质量分别比对照降低12.01%和15.40%;而弱势粒降幅最大的时期是叶龄余数为0即剑叶完全展开时,其中千粒质量比对照降低16.35%。分析表明,随着谷粒长、宽和厚的增加,粒质量明显增加。
Using Qianchonglang No.2 as the test material,the effect of high temperature on grain traits and the relationship between grain traits and grain quality at booting stage were studied under pot conditions.The results show that high temperature at booting stage significantly reduced grain length,width,thickness,area,volume and quality.The maximum decrease of strong and medium grain was when the leaf age remainder was 1.0,the 1000-grain quality was 12.01%and 15.40%lower than that of the control,respectively;The period of the greatest reduction of weak grain is when the leaf age remainder is 0,that is,when the leaf is fully unfolded,the 1000-grain quality was 16.35%lower than that of the control.The analysis showed that the grain quality increased obviously with the increase of grain length,width and thickness.
