摘要
为研究黄芩种子对土壤盐分的耐受情况,用不同浓度的氯化钠、碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠、硫酸钠和混合盐对黄芩种子的盐胁迫进行发芽试验。结果表明,黄芩对低浓度盐溶液的耐受性较强,甚至在部分盐胁迫下出现了促进黄芩种子萌发和生长发育的现象,但盐溶液浓度过高会严重抑制黄芩种子的萌发和生长发育,甚至使其失去发芽能力。
To study the tolerance of Scutellaria baicalensis seeds to soil salt,the germination test of Scutellaria baicalensis seeds under salt stress was carried out with different concentrations of sodium chloride,sodium carbonate,sodium bicarbonate,sodium sulfate and mixed salt.The results showed that Scutellaria baicalensis had a strong tolerance to low concentration salt solution,which promoted the germination and growth of Scutellaria baicalensis seeds under partial salt stress,but the high concentration of salt solution severely inhibited the germination and growth of Scutellaria baicalensis seeds,and even lost the germination ability.
