Efficient Corn Planting and Pest Control in Northern China

受北方地区暖冬、春旱等不利气候环境的影响,病虫害发生频率和危害不断升高,已严重影响到玉米单产和质量。针对北方地区玉米生产中存在的主要问题,阐述品种选择、种子处理、整地施基肥、机械化播种及病虫害防治等技术要点,从而为高效栽培和有效防控病虫害提供技术指导。

Due to the adverse climate environment such as warm winter and spring drought in northern China,the occurrence frequency and harm of pests and diseases are increasing,which seriously affects the yield and quality of corn per unit area.In view of the main problems in corn production in northern China,this paper expounded the technical points of variety selection,seed treatment,land preparation and base fertilizer application,mechanized sowing and pest control,so as to provide technical guidance for efficient cultivation and effective prevention and control of diseases and pests.
