Discipline construction is an important way to enhance the scientific and technological innovation ability and core competitiveness of agricultural research institutes.According to the development status of the discipline construction of Liaoning Research Institute of Cash Crops,this paper analyzed the problems existing in the discipline construction of the institute,and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening the discipline construction of agricultural research institutes.
