农村科技特派团助力脱贫攻坚的经验探讨--以辽宁省农业科学院为例

Discussion on the Experience of Rural Science and Technology Mission to Help Poverty Alleviation--Take Liaoning Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an Example

以辽宁省农业科学院为例,根据辽宁省科技特派团项目实施以来的实际工作经验,从科技支撑、顶层设计、资源整合和人才培养等方面,总结院科技特派团的主要做法,分析工作中遇到的问题并提出相应的解决对策,从而为推动辽宁省农村经济发展提供参考。

Taking Liaoning Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example,according to the practical work experience of Liaoning Science and Technology Mission since the implementation of the project,from the aspects of science and technology support,top-level design,resource integration and talent training,this paper summarizes the main practices of the science and technology mission,analyzes the problems encountered in the work,and puts forward corresponding solutions,so as to provide references for promoting the development of rural economy in Liaoning province.
