摘要
巷道对掘可以提高掘进效率,但对测量提出了更高的要求。为了尽快形成工作面系统,榆树坡矿在5201工作面进风顺槽采用双向对掘的施工方式。结合工作面的实际情况,确定了巷道贯通的测量方案。为保证顺利贯通,提出了测角精度控制以及中线控制等措施。结果表明,贯通点水平误差和高程误差分别为88.6 mm和47.1 mm,满足精度要求,工作面提前投产,可为长距离顺槽巷道的掘进提供参考。
Roadway excavation at both ends could improve the efficiency of excavation,but it put forward higher requirements for measurement.In order to form the working face system as soon as possible,Yushupo Mine adopted the construction method of excavation at both ends in No.5201 Face.Combined with the actual situation of the working face,the measurement scheme of roadway penetration was determined.In order to ensure the smooth penetration,measures including angle measurement accuracy control and midline control were proposed.The results showed that the horizontal error and elevation error of the penetration point were 88.6 mm and 47.1 mm respectively,which met the accuracy requirements.The working face was put into production in advance,which could provide reference for the excavation of long-distance roadway.
