摘要
选煤常用H-R曲线来描述原煤的可选性,包含浮物累计曲线、沉物累计曲线、基元灰分曲线、密度曲线、临近物含量曲线。首先利用曲线拟合的方法建立浮物累计曲线和密度曲线的数学模型,然后再通过浮物累计曲线和密度曲线的数学模型推算出其他的曲线。其中,基元灰分曲线是一条微分曲线,一般采用近似的方法进行基元灰分曲线的绘制和基元灰分的计算,存在一定的误差。本文利用浮物累计曲线的数学模型,通过数学推导的方法获得了基元灰分曲线的数学表达式,减少了计算误差。
H-R curve is commonly used to describe the washability of raw coal,including float accumulation curve,sediment accumulation curve,elementary ash curve,density curve and adjacent matter content curve.Firstly,the mathematical model of the floating accumulation curve and the density curve is established by the method of curve fitting,and then the other curves are calculated by the mathematical model of the floating accumulation curve and the density curve.Among them,the elementary ash curve is a differential curve.Generally,the approximate method is used to draw the elementary ash curve and calculate the elementary ash,and there is a certain error.In this paper,the mathematical expression of the elementary ash curve is obtained by using the mathematical model of the floating accumulation curve and the mathematical derivation method,which reduces the calculation error.
