硅酸盐改性聚氨酯材料的应用及研究进展

摘要 硅酸盐改性聚氨酯材料是有机无机复合高性能阻燃材料,具备聚氨酯材料的力学性能及无机材料的阻燃特性,介绍了硅酸盐改性聚氨酯材料应用及研究情况。硅酸盐改性聚氨酯材料目前主要应用于煤矿井下加固,提供较高强度的同时具备优异的阻燃性,保障煤矿生产安全。因其价格低廉且对富水施工环境不敏感,近年来逐步开发在诸如煤矿充填、隧道堵水、阻燃建材等行业的应用,需要在改善材料性能的同时研究适宜的施工工艺。最后,结合应用及研究现状提出行业展望。 Silicate modified polyurethane material is a high-performance flame retardant material composed of organic and inorganic materials,which possesses the mechanical properties of polyurethane materials and the flame retardant properties of inorganic materials.The application and research of silicate modified polyurethane materials were introduced.Silicate modified polyurethane materials are mainly used for underground reinforcement in coal mines,with high strength and excellent flame retardancy.Due to its low price and insensitivity to water,it has gradually been developed for applications such as coal mine filling,tunnel water blocking,and flame retardant building materials in recent years.It is necessary to develop suitable process for materials with specfic improved properties.Finally,prospects were proposed based on application and research status.
