一种宽频带、高磁导率电缆局部放电检测装置的研制与应用

摘要 提出了开发宽频带、高磁导率电缆局部放电检测装置研究方向,通过分析铜钴元素复合添加对铁磁材料性能的影响规律,研发出一种高磁导率材料,开发出高磁导率磁芯。开展宽频带传感器封装工艺研究,分析了封装间隙对磁通的影响规律,确定了传感器封装工艺参数。选取实际在运高压电缆线路进行现场测试,验证了宽频带、高磁导率电缆局部放电检测装置功能。 It proposes the research direction of developing broadband,high permeability cable partial discharge detection device.Through analysing the influence rule of copper cobalt elements compound addition on the properties of ferromagnetic materials,it developes a high permeability material,and developes a high permeability cores.It studies the packaging process of broadband sensor,investigates the influence rule of packaging gap on magnetic flux,and determines the packaging process parameters of the sensor.It selectes the actual operational high voltage cable line to have the field teste,which verifies detection device of the bandwidth and high permeability cable partial discharge of cable partial discharge detection device with broadband and high permeability.
