新型配电网的低碳性评估与减碳措施研究

Research on Low-Carbon Assessment and Carbon Reduction Measures for New Distribution Network

构建以新能源为主体的新型配电网是实现碳达峰、碳中和目标的关键途径。随着能源结构和系统形态的改变,配电网碳排放特性也发生显著变化,准确评估低碳性对新型配电网的规划和运行都具有重要意义。揭示了新型配电网低碳性内涵,全面总结了适用于新型配电网低碳性评估理论体系。首先,从电源侧、电网侧、负荷侧、储能侧4个方面对新型配电网的内涵进行了分析;其次,梳理了描述配电网低碳性的低碳指标体系,并对综合评估方法、碳排放分析法和仿真模拟法3种低碳性评估方法进行研究综述;最后,从源、网、荷、储4个方面归纳总结了新型配电网减碳措施的关键技术,以期为后续新型电力系统建设、运行等提供借鉴。

Constructing a new distribution network with new energy as the main body is the key way to achieve the goal of carbon peak carbon neutral.With the change of energy structure and system form,the carbon emission characteristics of distribution network also changes significantly.Accurate evaluation of low carbon is of great significance to the planning and operation of new distribution network.The connotation of low carbon of new distribution network is revealed,and the theoretical system of low carbon evaluation suitable for new distribution network is summarized.Firstly,the connotation of the new distribution network is analyzed from four aspects:power supply side,grid side,load side and energy storage side.Secondly,the low-carbon index system describing the low-carbonity of distribution network is sorted out,and the three low-carbonity evaluation methods of comprehensive evaluation method,carbon emission analysis method and simulation method are reviewed.Finally,the key technologies of carbon reduction measures for new distribution network are summarized from four aspects of source,network,load and storage.It provides some reference for the construction and operation of the following new power system.
