摘要
针对某风力发电场电力电缆绝缘损坏的典型案例,主要从生产制造工艺、安装工艺及环境、机械损伤、超负荷运行和电力系统过电压等5方面进行分析,原因是由于电力系统谐振过电压、遭受电压冲击及电缆头附近绝缘强度较弱3方面导致。根据分析结果,提出电力电缆绝缘损坏的预防和治理措施,可为同类型电力电缆提供参考。
According to a typical case of insulation damage of power cable in a wind farm,mainly from the manufacturing process,installation process and environment,mechanical damage,overload operation and power system overvoltage etc.five aspects are analyzed.The reason is caused by three reasons:the resonant overvoltage of the power system,the voltage shock and the weak insulation strength near the cable head.According to the analysis result,the prevention and treatment measures of power cable insulation damage are put forward,which can provide reference for the the same type of power cable.
