摘要
为掌握某抽水蓄能电站不同工况下机组稳定性能,在试验水头下,通过对机组进行变转速、变励磁、变负荷试验,测量不同工况下机组不同位置的振动、摆度、压力、压力脉动等指标,分析机组不同转速、不同励磁电压、不同负荷与机组稳定性之间的关联性,掌握机组振动规律,同时校验机组稳定性指标是否满足规范及合同要求,为机组安全稳定运行提供参考。
In order to master the unit stability of a pumped storage hydropower station under different operating modes,under the test head,through the variable speed,variable excitation and variable load test of the unit,it measures the vibration,swing,pressure,pressure pulsation and other indicators of different positions of the unit under different working conditions.It analyzes the objective relation between different speed,different excitation voltage,different load and unit stability.At the same time,it checks whether the unit stability index meets the specifications and contract requirements.It provides reference for the safe and stable operation of the unit.
