社会工作介入农村养老服务的必要性

Necessity of Social Work Intervention in Rural Elderly Service

随着我国人口老龄化的加剧与农村人口流动的增加,传统的家庭养老模式在农村逐渐弱化,农村老年人面临着医疗、经济、文化等多层次的养老服务需求。社会工作作为一种关注社会福祉与个体问题的专业服务,其介入农村养老服务显得尤为必要。以山东省聊城市Y村老年人为调研对象,分析农村养老服务的现状及社会工作实际介入策略,社会工作能在老年人的物质生活保障、身体健康、衣食住行、社交与文化娱乐等方面发挥作用,使农村养老服务更全面、更专业地满足农村老年人的多层次需求,促进社会和谐与稳定。为此,应进一步加强社会工作队伍建设,深化社会工作理论与实践的结合,以更好地服务农村老年人,推动农村养老服务可持续发展。

With the intensification of population aging and the increase of rural population flow,the traditional family pension model has gradually failed in rural areas,and the rural elderly have multi-level needs for pension services,such as medical,economic and cultural services.Social work,as a professional service concerned with social welfare and individual problems,is particularly necessary to intervene in rural elderly care services.The study takes the elderly in Y village of Liaocheng City,Shandong Province as the research object,and analyzes the present situation of rural elderly care service and the practical intervention strategy of social work.Social work can play a role in the material life security,physical health,clothing,food,housing and transportation,social and cultural entertainment of the elderly,so that rural elderly care services can more comprehensively and professionally meet the multi-level needs of rural elderly people,and promote social harmony and stability.Therefore,it is necessary to further promote the construction of social work team,and deepen the combination of the principle and practice of social work,so as to better serve for rural elderly,and promote the sustainable development of rural elderly service.
