摘要
覆盆子作为药食同源的中药食用已有上千年的历史,其主要化学成分是多酚类、萜类、多糖类等,具有抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗氧化、抗衰老、提高记忆力、调节泌尿系统、降血糖、降血脂、保肝等多种生物活性。对覆盆子的鉴别、化学成分及生物活性研究进行综述,为覆盆子资源的进一步开发利用提供依据。
Raspberry has been consumed as a traditional Chinese medicine with the same origin as medicine and food for thousands of years.Its main chemical components are polyphenols,terpenoids,polysaccharides,etc.,which have various biological activities,such as anti-tumor,anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,anti-aging,improving memory,regulating urinary system,lowering blood sugar,lowering blood lipids,and protecting liver,etc.The study reviews the identification,chemical composition and biological activity of Raspberry,so as to provide the basis for further development and utilization of Raspberry resources.
