地铁周边常住人口与土地利用关系研究

Study on the Relationship Between Permanent Population and Land Use Around Subway

摘要 根据地铁站点客流的吸引范围确定地铁周边范围,分析站点周边常住人口与站点周边土地利用,探究地铁影响范围内常住人口与站点周边土地利用的相关关系。在空间相关性视角下采用地理加权回归模型计算相关数据之间相关关系的回归方程,分析常住人口与土地利用的相关系数在空间分布的情况,为城市建设提供数据支持。 According to the attraction range of the passenger flow in the subway station,the study determines the subway surrounding area,analyzes the permanent population around the station and the land use around the station,uses the regression equation of the correlation relationship between the relevant data with geographically weighted regression model from the perspective of spatial correlation,and analyzes the spatial distribution of the correlation coefficient between the resident population and land use,so as to provide data support for urban construction.
