摘要
机力塔作为代替冷却塔的一种设备,多了机力风机参与运行,而不同数量的机力风机冷却效果不同,直接影响机组的真空。本文主要研究夏季机组运行过程中机力风机数量的最佳搭配。经分析试验得出,在环境温度25℃单台机组在运行中,保持7台风机运行最佳,30℃以上保持8台风机。环境温度23℃两台机组并列运行时10台风机最佳,环境温度30℃时至少11台运行,环境温度35℃以上保持13台最佳。
As a kind of equipment instead of cooling tower,the mechanical tower participates in the operation,and different numbers of mechanical fans have different cooling effects,which directly affects the vacuum of the unit.This paper mainly studies the best collocation of the number of mechanical fans during the unit operation in summer.After analysis and test,it is concluded that in the ambient temperature of 25℃,7 fans maintain the best operation and 8 fans above 30℃.The ambient temperature is 23℃,10 fans in the parallel operation,at least 11 when the ambient temperature is 30℃,and 13 at the ambient temperature above 35℃.
