摘要
为解决当前高速铁路预制箱梁建设中,内模挠度过大,影响结构整体安全性和稳定性的问题,以某高速铁路建设项目为例,进行了对其预制箱梁内模的研究。通过高速铁路预制箱梁内模总体方案设计、内模液压体系设计与同步性设计、关键液压元件选型,提出一种新的设计思路。通过实例验证,新设计思路的合理应用可有效控制内模挠度,提升结构整体安全性和稳定性。
In order to solve the problem of excessive internal formwork deflection affecting the overall safety and stability of the structure in the current construction of high-speed railway prefabricated box girders,a study was conducted on the internal formwork of a certain high-speed railway construction project.A new design concept is proposed through the overall design of the internal mold for high-speed railway prefabricated box girders,the design and synchronization of the internal mold hydraulic system,and the selection of key hydraulic components.Through example verification,the reasonable application of the new design concept can effectively control the internal mold deflection,improve the overall safety and stability of the structure.
