摘要
针对智能立体车库钢结构变形难以检测的问题,设计了基于光纤传感技术的在线监测系统。其利用光纤光栅的高敏感性实时监测立体车库钢结构变形,同时开发了一套适用于智能立体车库人机交互良好的软件平台,该平台以采集处理智能立体车库关键参数实时显示为核心,实现了监测系统参数设置、数据采集处理、实时曲线显示、数据库存储和传感器报警等功能,实现了智能立体车库故障隐患提前发现与及时处理,提高了智能立体车库的安全性和可靠性。
An on-line monitoring system based on optical fiber sensing technology is designed to detect the deformation of steel structure in intelligent stereoscopic garage.It uses the high sensitivity of fiber grating to monitor the deformation of the steel structure of the three-dimensional garage in real time,and develops a set of software platform suitable for the human-computer interaction of the intelligent three-dimensional garage.The platform takes the real-time display of key parameters of the intelligent three-dimensional garage as the core.It realizes the functions of monitoring system parameter setting,data acquisition and processing,real-time curve display,database storage and sensor alarm,and realizes the early detection and timely processing of intelligent stereo garage fault hazards,and improves the safety and reliability of intelligent stereo garage.
