基于路基整体刚度的路基填料设计方法

摘要 本文以某公路为例,探究了基于路基整体刚度的路基填料设计与施工方法。基于分层填筑原则,下路堤使用高液限土,上路堤使用5%水泥+高液限土,下路床使用4%水泥+高液限土,上路床使用粉土质砂。选择一处400 m长的试验路段,分别使用原方案和新方案进行填筑使用,并对照两种方案下的路基压实度。结果表明,新方案下各测点的平均压实度高于原方案,原方案经过补压1次后压实度才能合格。由此可得,本文设计的路基填料方案能够提升路基整体刚度,并且具有减少碾压遍数、节约工期与成本的良好效果。 Taking a highway as an example,this paper explores the design and construction method of subgrade fill based on the overall stiffness of subgrade.Based on the principle of layered filling,high liquid limit soil is used in the lower embankment,5%cement+high liquid limit soil is used in the upper embankment,4%cement+high liquid limit soil is used in the lower road bed,and silty soil sand is used in the road bed.A 400 m long test section is selected,and the original and new schemes are used to fill and use respectively,and the subgrade compaction degree under the two schemes is compared.The results show that the average compaction degree of each measuring point under the new scheme is higher than that of the original scheme,and the original scheme can only be qualified after one additional compaction.It can be concluded that the subgrade filling scheme designed in this paper can improve the overall stiffness of the subgrade,and has a good effect of reducing the number of rolling passes,saving time and cost.
