北方冬季不同复合菌发酵剂对羊粪堆肥发酵的影响

The influence of different compound microbial fermentative agents on the sheep manure composting during winter in northern areas

摘要 为了探讨复合菌发酵剂在加快甘肃地区羊粪堆肥进程和改善堆肥发酵品质方面的作用效果,试验设4个组,对照组不添加菌剂,试验组1接种有机肥发酵剂1,试验组2接种有机肥发酵剂2,试验组3接种有机肥发酵剂3,在兰州市某羊场进行为期28 d的堆肥试验。通过测定堆肥发酵过程中不同时间各组的温度、pH、含水率、E465/E665吸光度值(E4/E6)和种子发芽指数等指标,研究冬季不同复合菌发酵剂对羊粪堆肥腐熟的影响。结果表明:堆肥过程中试验组1温度高于其他3组,对照组温度最低;3个试验组堆肥的pH均高于对照组,且偏碱性;3个试验组与对照组堆肥的含水率稳定保持在40%~60%,符合堆肥要求;试验组1、试验组2、试验组3和对照组的E4/E6值分别为1.80、1.89、2.19、1.86;3个试验组与对照组堆肥的种子发芽指数均低于50%,堆肥未完全腐熟。说明发酵剂1表现最佳,加速了温度升高并提高了堆肥的腐熟程度。 To investigate the efficacy of composite microbial fermentative preparations in accelerating the composting process of sheep manure to improve the quality of compost in Gansu province,an experiment with four groups was set up,including the control group(without inoculants),group 1(inoculated with organic fertilizer fermentative preparation 1),group 2(with organic fertilizer fermentative preparation 2),and group 3(with organic fertilizer fermentative preparation 3).The composting experiment was conducted for 28 d at a sheep farm in Lanzhou.The temperature,pH value,moisture content,E4/E6 ratio,and seed germination index of the compost in 4 groups were measured at various stages during the fermentation process to examine the effects of different composite microbial fermentative preparations on the maturation of sheep manure compost in winter.The results showed that the temperature in group 1 was higher than the other three groups throughout the composting process,the control group showing the lowest temperature.The pH values of the compost in 3 experimental groups were higher than that of the control group and were more alkaline.The moisture content of the compost in 4 groups were stable between 40%to 60%,meeting composting standards.The E4/E6 values in group 1,group 2,group 3 and the control group were 1.80,1.89,2.19,and 1.86,respectively.The seed germination indexes of the compost in 3 experimental groups and the control group were below 50%,indicating that the compost was not fully matured.It could be deduced that the fermentative preparation 1 performed the best in accelerating the increase in temperature and enhancing the degree of compost maturity.
