摘要
针对装船机俯仰回转液压站振动问题,基于振动时域分析理论,设计装船机俯仰回转液压站在线监测系统,通过对油泵和油箱加速度信号的采集和计算,以频谱图的形式实现振动信号可视化;对低压大流量溢流阀的液压冲击进行计算及振动波形求解,可排除补油溢流阀液压冲击对系统的影响;对液压站驱动电机及油箱采取减振的改进措施,可提升液压站系统整体的可靠性。
Aiming at the vibration problem of the ship loader pitch and rotation hydraulic station,an online monitoring system for the ship loader pitch and rotation hydraulic station is designed based on the theory of vibration timedomain analysis.By collecting and calculating the acceleration signals of the oil pump and oil tank,the vibration signal is visualized in the form of a spectrogram.The hydraulic impact of the low-pressure and high-flow relief valve is calculated and the vibration waveform is solved,which can eliminate the influence of the hydraulic shock of the oil supply relief valve on the system.Taking vibration reduction measures for the drive motor and oil tank of the hydraulic station can enhance the overall reliability of the hydraulic station system.
