塔式太阳能热发电站冷盐泵振动机理及处理方法

摘要 针对塔式太阳能热发电站共性存在的冷盐泵振动问题,对塔式太阳能热发电站的冷盐泵支撑平台结构形式进行了分析,剖析了振动机理,发现了振动原因,并提出了“治标”方案和根本解决方法。研究结果表明:由于熔盐动能和动量很大,熔盐运行系统中较多的弯道导致流体在流动时产生巨大冲击力,是形成振动的激振源;同时,冷盐泵所处的悬臂梁结构支撑平台存在刚度差的问题,容易导致冷盐泵与平台设备的整体晃动。从设计角度减少弯道数量并增加支撑平台刚度是解决振动问题的有效手段,可对塔式太阳能热发电站的设计和安全运行提供帮助。 In view of the common vibration problem of cold salt pump in the tower CSP station,the structural form of the cold salt pump support platform of tower CSP station is analyzed,and the vibration mechanism is analyzed,and the vibration causes are found,and the“palliative”solution and fundamental solution are put forward.The study found that due to the large kinetic energy and momentum of molten salt,many numerous bends in the molten salt operating system lead to a huge impact force during the flow,which is the source of vibration.At the same time,the cantilever beam structure support platform where the cold salt pump is located has the problem of the stiffness difference,which is easy to lead to the overall shaking of the cold salt pump and the platform equipment.From the design point of view,reducing the number of bends and increasing the stiffness of platform support is an effective means to solve the vibration problem,which can help the design and safe operation of tower CSP station.
