基于均匀设计的花生油亚/超临界CO_(2)等压连续萃取分离工艺研究

Study on the Isobaric Continuous Extraction and Separation Process of Peanut Oil by Sub/Supercritical CO_(2) Based on Uniform Design

摘要 采用均匀设计实验,研究了流量、压力、时间、分离温度4个变量在CO_(2)等压连续亚临界态萃取超临界态分离工艺中对花生油萃分率的影响,通过回归拟合,确定了最佳工艺条件:流量100 L/h,压力22 MPa,分离温度65℃,时间220 min,萃取温度30℃(定值),此工艺条件下花生油预测萃分率为26.02%,实际平均萃分率为35.02%。通过与传统花生萃取工艺对比,表明花生油亚/超临界CO_(2)等压连续萃取分离工艺具有广阔发展前景以及进步空间。 The uniform design experiment was used to study the four variables of flow,pressure,time and separation temperature.The influence of the variables on the extraction rate of peanut oil was analyzed.Through the analysis of the data,the optimal extraction process conditions were determined:flow rate of 100 L/h,pressure of 22 MPa,separation temperature of 65℃,time of 220 min and extraction temperature of 30℃(constant value).Under these process conditions,the predicted extraction rate of peanut oil was 26.02%,and the actual average extraction rate was 35.02%.Compared with the traditional peanut extraction process,the sub/supercritical CO_(2) constant pressure continuous extraction and separation process of peanut oil has broad prospects for development and space for progress.
