摘要
油橄榄叶是油橄榄种植和橄榄油加工过程中产生的副产物,含有丰富的黄酮、裂环烯醚萜、羟基肉桂酸、简单酚和三萜酸等抗氧化活性物质,具有清除活性氧自由基、抵抗机体氧化应激的作用。本文对油橄榄叶中抗氧化活性成分的提取制备方法、抗氧化活性评价方法及抗氧化作用机制进行全面综述,并对油橄榄叶提取物应用的未来发展方向进行了展望,以期为油橄榄叶资源的综合利用提供参考。
Olive leaves are by-products produced during olive planting and olive oil processing.They are rich in antioxidant active substances,such as flavonoids,secoiridoids,hydroxycinnamic acids,simple phenols,and triterpenic acids,etc.,having the ability to scavenge reactive oxygen radicals and resist oxidative stress in the body.In this paper,the extraction and preparation methods,antioxidant activity evaluation methods and antioxidant mechanism of olive leaf extracts were comprehensively reviewed,and the future development direction of the application of olive leaf extracts was prospected to provide reference for the comprehensive utilization of olive leaf resources.
