含剪力销的螺栓法兰双连接箭体位移峰值分析

摘要 含剪力销的单连接面螺栓法兰结构动力学响应受剪力销倾角显著影响,而实际箭体结构多采用双连接面三舱段形式。因此,将单连接面螺栓法兰结构动力学简化模型进行推广,建立双连接面的三舱段箭体结构简化动力学方程,并研究结构横纵耦合振动问题。通过将接触非线性转化为剪力销影响下的拉压不同刚度结构问题,建立六自由度的双连接箭体简化动力学模型,通过动力学仿真分析找出剪力销倾角对冲击载荷作用下双连接箭体结构位移峰值响应的影响趋势。 The dynamic response of a bolted flange structure with a single-joint surface containing shear pin is significantly affected by the inclination angle of the shear pin,while the practical rocket structure mostly adopts the form of dual-joint surfaces and three compartments.Therefore,in this paper,the simplified dynamic model of bolted flange structure with single-joint surface is extended to establish the simplified dynamic equation of a three-compartment rocket structure with dual-joint surfaces for studying the transverse and longitudinal coupling vibration of the structure.By transforming the contact nonlinearity into the problem of structures with different stiffness under tension and compression considering the influence of shear pin,a simplified dynamic model of a dual-joint rocket with six degrees of freedom is established.Through dynamic simulation,the influence trend of shear pin inclination on the peak displacement response of dual-joint rocket structure under impact load is found.
