大跨度焚烧厂房屋顶结构形式研究与实践

摘要 针对大跨度焚烧厂房屋顶结构形式的选型问题,分析了目前常规的几种设计方案的特点及适用性,对两个不同的干化焚烧项目大跨度厂房屋顶结构形式的设计方案进行对比研究。结果表明,大跨度焚烧厂房屋顶的结构选型既要考虑结构安全、技术合理、经济适用,还要考虑项目的工艺流程要求,交叉作业的施工顺序、设备安装特点。要综合考虑主体结构、项目投资、项目工艺特点等各方面要求,才能确定最合适的大跨度厂房的屋顶结构形式。 Aiming at the selection of roof structure of long-span incineration plant,the characteristics and applicability of several conventional design schemes are analyzed.The design scheme of roof structure of large-spanworkshop in two different dry incineration projects is compared and studied.The results show that the structure selection of large-span incineration plant roof should not only consider the structure safety,reasonable technology and economical application,but also consider the project process requirements,construction sequence of cross-operation and equipment installation characteristics,and comprehensively consider the main structure,project investment,project process characteristics and other aspects of the requirements,so as to determine themost suitable large-span plant roof structure form.
