实景三维模型在不动产登记中的应用与研究

Application and Research of Real Scene 3D Model in Real Estate Registration

针对现有二维不动产登记管理平台不能满足数据个性化查询需求的现状,试图提出一种实景三维模型,并将其应用到不动产登记中。论文通过构建城市实景三维模型确定了图像数据处理的基本框架,并将预处理后的不动产数据用于城市实景三维模型中,搭建了不动产登记管理平台。研究结果表明,登记管理平台能够满足不动产数据的展示、查询、登记等功能,将其应用于不动产行业中能够提高数据利用效率。

In view of the fact that the existing two-dimensional real estate registration management platform can’t meet the demand of personalized data query,this paper tries to put forward a real 3Dmodel and apply it to real estate registration.The basic framework of image data processing is determined by constructing a 3D model of urban real scene,and the preprocessed real estate data is used in the 3Dmodel of urban real scene to build a real estate registrationmanagement platform.Based on the construction of the above registrationmanagement platform,the research results show that the registrationmanagement platformcanmeet the functions of real estate data display,query and registration,and its application in the real estate industry can improve the efficiency of data utilization.
