公路建设前期的造价控制研究

Research on Cost Control in the Early Stage of Highway Construction

为了提升公路造价控制水平,论文分析了公路工程造价的特点和影响因素,分别从投资决策阶段和设计阶段探讨公路建设前期的造价控制,提出了加大工可研究深度、提高投资估算编制水平、价值工程法、限额设计法等造价控制措施,并以某高速公路项目为研究对象,阐述了价值工程法在控制造价中的具体应用。

In order to improve the level of highway cost control,this paper analyzes the characteristics and influencing factors of highway project cost,discusses the cost control in the early stage of highway construction from the investment decision-making stage and the design stage respectively,and puts forward cost control measures such as increasing the depth of research on construction feasibility,improving the level of investment estimation preparation,value engineeringmethod and quota design method.Taking an expressway project as the research object,it expounds the application of value engineeringmethod in cost control.
