Research on Cost Management of Highway Engineering Construction Under EPC Mode

为了保证公路工程建设质量,分析了EPC模式相对于传统发承包模式的优势和EPC模式下公路项目成本管理的内容;从设计阶段、采购阶段、施工阶段分别阐述了公路EPC项目的成本管理方法,提出了限额设计法、价值工程法、报价平衡点法、挣值法等相应的管理措施。

In order to ensure the quality of highway construction,the advantages of EPC mode compared with the traditional contract mode and the cost management content of highway project under EPC mode are analyzed.This paper expounds the cost management method of highway EPC project from the design stage,procurement stage and construction stage respectively,and puts forward the corresponding managementmeasures such as quota designmethod,value engineeringmethod,quotation balance pointmethod and earned valuemethod.
