摘要 为推进水利工程安全生产风险管控工作标准化、规范化,做到风险预控、关口前移,分级管控、分类处置,源头防范、系统治理,论文以安徽省佛子岭水库管理处组织开展水利安全生产风险管控“六项机制”建设试点工作为例,结合水库工程管理工作实际,从安全风险查找、研判、预警、防范、处置和责任6个方面,对如何做好安全生产风险管控工作进行分析研究,探索出一些符合工程管理实际的经验和做法,有效促进了水库安全风险管控工作的提质增效。 In order to promote the standardization and normalization of risk management and control of safety production in water conservancy projects,risk pre-control,forward pass,hierarchicalmanagement and control,classified disposal,source prevention and systematic governance are achieved.Taking the pilot project of“six mechanisms”for water conservancy safety production risk control organized by Foziling Reservoir Management Office in Anhui Province as an example,this paper analyzes how to do a good job in safety production risk control from six aspects:safety risk finding,judgment,early warning,prevention,disposal and responsibility,and explores some experiences and practices that are in line with the actual project management,which effectively promotes the quality and efficiency of reservoir safety risk control.
