立体集约式组合工艺用于印染废水处理及回用 被引量:1

Application of Three-dimensional Intensive Combined Technology in theTreatment and Reuse of Printing and Dyeing Wastewater

摘要 针对印染废水的水质特点,引入竖向功能强化节地技术的理念,创新采用立体集约式“分类分质预处理+多级AO+双膜”组合工艺进行处理,有效解决了环保处理设施用地紧张的难题。结果表明,该组合工艺具有高效稳定、运行费用低及回用率高等优点,对COD、BOD5、TN、NH3-N和色度的平均去除率分别为92%、97%、80%、94%和85%,出水各项指标稳定达到《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 4287—2012)的间接排放标准,且回用水水质满足《纺织染整工业废水治理工程技术规范》(HJ 471—2020)中生产工艺用水水质要求,回用率达到62.5%。 Based on the characteristics of printing and dyeing wastewater quality,the concept of vertical functional strengthening and land saving technology is introduced,the innovative use of a threedimensional intensive combined process of classification and quality pre-treatment,multistage AO,and double membrane,effectively solves the problem of land shortage for environmental protection treatment facilities.The results show that the combined process has the advantages of high efficiency and stability,low operating costs and high reuse rate.The average removal rates of COD,BOD5,TN,NH3-N and chroma are 92%,97%,80%,94%and 85%,respectively.The effluent indicators stably meet the indirect discharge criteria in Discharge Standards of Water Pollutants for Dyeing and Finishing of Textile Industry(GB 4287-2012),the quality of the reused water meets the water quality requirements of production process water in Technical Specification for Dyeing and Finishing Wastewater Treatment of Textile Industry(HJ 471-2020),and the reuse rate reaches 62.5%.
