基于颜色模型探究针刺治疗寻常性痤疮的临床价值

Investigation of the clinical value of acupuncture in treating acne vulgaris based on color model

目的:基于颜色模型探究针刺治疗寻常性痤疮患者的临床价值。方法:选取2022.2-2023.1北京中医药大学东直门医院收治的80例寻常性痤疮患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各40例;对照组采用口服西药异维A酸治疗,试验组采用针刺治疗,两组共治疗4周;比较两组疗效、中医证候积分、颜色模型评价结果,其中颜色模型评价采用标准化设备拍摄患者治疗前后照片,通过数字图像处理软件采集患者面部痤疮皮损面积与皮损色素数据得到RGB评分、痤疮综合分级系统(GAGS)评分以及视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分。结果:试验组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后中医证候积分较治疗前下降,试验组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后RGB面积评分、GAGS评分、VAS评分均较治疗前下降,试验组低于对照组(P<0.05),RGB色素评分上升,试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺较常规西药治疗可显著提升寻常性痤疮患者疗效,基于颜色模型相关指标探究联合应用效果亦更显著,值得临床推广。

Objective:To investigate the clinical value of acupuncture in treating acne vulgaris based on color model.Methods:Eighty patients with acne vulgaris admitted to Dongzhimen Hospital,Beijing University of Chinese Medicine from February 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects,and divided into two groups by random number table method with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with oral isotretinoin,while the treatment group was treated with acupunc-ture.Both groups underwent 4 weeks of treatment.Efficacy,TCM syndrome scores,color model and evaluation results were compared between the two groups.The patients’photos were taken using standardized equipment before and after treatment,and were used for color model evaluation.The digital image processing software was used to collect skin lesion area and pigment data so as to obtain RGB scores,global acne grading system(GAGS)scores and visual analogue scale(VAS)scores.Then,comparative analysis was performed.Results:The treatment response rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome scores,RGB area scores,GAGS scores,and VAS scores of the two groups decreased.The above scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The RGB pigment scores increased,and the treatment group had higher scores than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with conventional western medicine treatment,acupuncture can significantly improve the curative effect on acne vulgaris.Investigation based on color model finds that combined treatment is more effective,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
